• A professional working as a transcriptionist does have many career opportunities depending upon the interest of an individual in the particular field. These people do have a very bright future in this path. Any career in a medical profession is needed to be highly focused and aims to have a very devoting career. Some of the career aspects in this field are:
• Medical language specialist: a medical language specialist is one who excels at hearing and interpreting the language of the doctors into text forms. This is the task of a transcriptionist but when one is very proficient at the language of doctors he can also be referred to the post of specialist in that particular field as surgery, or a bypass.
• Supervisor: the supervisor is one who leads and looks over the tasks of his related field. A supervisor is someone who keeps a check on the transcriptionist who performs the work of writing text. A supervisor guides and ensures that the work is properly done.
• Editor: he edits the work of the transcriptionist. An editor keeps a check on editing the work. It may be a language or a medical terminology which needs to be added up or deducted depending upon the criteria and format of the text written.
• Trainer: a trainer is one who trains and manages transcriptionist at the starting level. He trains the work and makes him understand his duties and responsibilities. A trainer is hired by companies and makes it very sure so that transcriptionist are good at every skill at their job.
• Manager: a manager can be the one manages the transcriptionist. He is the one with good knowledge and experience and is the highest designation one can achieve in this profession.
• Teacher: this can be a growing career for a transcriptionist after he has gained some industry experience and hence can teach in the schools that how a person can make his career with enhancing his hidden skill and hence children could be trained so as to start the career after high school or so.
• Outpatient care centers: they can work in outpatient medical centers in order to manage the services in transcription. These medical centers have patients who are not admitted to the clinic therefore a clear report is needed to the patients which require the transcriptionist who can manage the task well.
• Therapist: once a person is totally engrossed in the medical field, he can take further training and courses for being a therapist. It just needs to be prepared mentally. By being a transcriptionist one comes to know about the problems or diseases and hence can further work as a therapist in that field.
• Audiologist: This can also be a career perspective for a transcriptionist who can read or re-define the medic logical terms and definitions. An audiologist is same as that of transcriptionist but the difference lies that an audiologist can also be appointed for medical assistance on phone.

• A transcriptionist can perform lots of such tasks related to medical field. But not only one task but several other duties has to be done by them to gain experience and enrich their knowledge day by day. It is job of real strength and endeavor where a transcriptionist continues working generating more and more perfect results.
• The job not only gives money but being related to a doctor for the treatment of a sickness gives personal relieve and satisfaction. The more a report is elaborated and depicted properly fast is the chance for its better treatment and positive results.

• A transcriptiopnist although has a sitting job but even then lots of research is needed so as to make the report presentable. Time is one of the key features of a good work, not only hard work and dedication is the necessity of this field but yes time management is another factor for career management of a transcriptionist which makes them sail ahead. A transcriptionist needs to be very accurate with more and more of speed. It is also required that he should complete work before the deadlines and work more during any emergency. So it should be so that time is managed well with better results which can be helpful in moving forward in this type of career.
